- BTByron taplinOct 30, 20251.0Me and my co-worker tried this place for lunch out on rt 73 in Voorhees and the woman had a bad attitude I asked about onions she said no u don’t get onions instead of offering them at a price or free and my coworker sandwich fell apart when he picked it up because the condiments had sogged up the bread so he took it to the counter and she refused to give him another roll very poor customer service

- NSNobody SpecialAug 27, 20251.0Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger to go at the Torrington, CT location and they gave me one loaded with Jalapenos and refused to give me a refund or another burger after I discovered it at home. The "owner" asked for my information to make it up to me but just used the email and phone number to try to send viruses to my computer and spam my text message. This is a NIGHTMARE company to deal with. Called corporate and they ignored me. These people not only don't care about customer relations they will attack you with computer viruses if you give them your information. Best to not do business with them at all.
- TBTracey BFeb 27, 20245.0It took 2 emails under the corporate website to get a response from a store experience that was very negative including paying almost 40.00 for an order placed on the Wayback website that was never fulfilled by the Woodland Park, CO store. However, after that 2nd email and 5 days since the incident I received a call from corporate from a very nice lady who reported that I would be receiving a full refund immediately and she was very apologetic for my experience. Therefore, regarding the Corporate responsiveness and customer service level for Wayback- have to give 5 stars!
