Constantly losing packages, takes no responsibilty for their incompetent drivers or packers doing so, and makes you do quantum physics just to dispute your order. Which they refuse to fix anyway. Ive had 3 orders mysteriously go missing in their possesion and they have no idea what happened to them and openly refuse to fix this issue. If youre having anything shipped, save yourself the trouble, DO NOT GO WITH FEDEX!! I REPEAT, IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES ON TIME OR AT ALL, DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX!!!!
