But apparently it didn’t get entered into the system as that and the store told me it is a 75 $ charge to pick up. She waived the fee, and for future reference if you want that service you have to tell the vendor to specify that. First time encountering this as we travel extensively and pick up at many ups points such as ups stores and cvs and Micheal’s. Thank you.

- RNRon NaiserOct 1, 20251.0Do not use this place for an Amazon drop point. You receive two messages indicating your package is available to pick up, then you drive 30 miles into town. When you get to the UPS store, they tell you to come back after 4:00 PM because your package is sitting in the back to be sorted. When I asked them to just into the back and grab it and process it, as the store had no customers just three employees doing nothing they told me no with a bad attitude. This place stinks. Complaints are going to Amazon to find a better drop point for Pagosa Springs.
