When you get to the UPS store, they tell you to come back after 4:00 PM because your package is sitting in the back to be sorted. When I asked them to just into the back and grab it and process it, as the store had no customers just three employees doing nothing they told me no with a bad attitude. This place stinks. Complaints are going to Amazon to find a better drop point for Pagosa Springs.

Was told to check on it after 4:00 which I did and was told they were short staffed and hadn’t processed it. Went back on the 20th around 5:00 and was told they knew it was delivered but didn’t have time to process it yet. This is no way to run a business. Will try again tomorrow and hopefully someone will have had time to process it.

Please just sell and have new ownership come in and try to revamp things. Nobody here is efficient, cares, or even knows basic computer skills - that’s if they even show up to work. What a joke.
