  I currently have three auto loans through Bellco, my history with them is stellar, payments always on time and early even. I am a furloughed government employee and haven’t been paid in over 45 days and as of this day I am working but still haven't received a pay check. Bellco will not help me with to defer my auto lease and when asked it they will waive my late fee I was told they would have to see. The people I've dealt with are rude and frankly not sure about their job, as I was given inaccurate information and shuffled around to more than one rude person. When I'm done with the current situation I will be looking to transfer my loans to a different credit union.

  We just got a car loan through BELLCO. Our First interaction was with Kaelan so helpful. He was able to get us started on on line banking & set up an appointment. Melissa patiently got everything set up with user name and resetting passwords. I enjoyed the BELLCO experience so far!

  I've had nothing but trouble since I opened an account with Bellco Credit Union recently. The agent was new, but tried to be helpful but the Bellco systems were overwhelming. I had to rewrite my vitals on numerous pages taking a lot of time. You would have thought that you were still in the age of carbon pager not computers. Since opening my account I've been prevented from reaching it online due to constant problems trying to login to my account. I've dealt with three IT people who although very friendly haven't been able to figure out why once I've fixed the login problem it prevents me from being able to login again. I'm still nervous about my account as I received 2 identical letters from Bellco with the heading of Bellco Student Banking showing that I have a zero account balance. I'm 78 and haven't had a student loan for decades and never with Bellco. Not being ble to login & see what they list for my account balance combined with these letters is keeping me on edge. I hope to be able to retrieve my money from Bellco & transfer it it to a way more efficient company. Rick

  This bank has literally been stealing $5 out of my savings account every month because I don't have an active loan with them. This should %100 be illegal. It is a crime and a fraud. I am reporting them.

  Tried to cancel a transfer from my bank to a new Boost checking a mere 1hr after I initiated it. Requirements weren't mentioned, and are ridiculous, so I opted to immediately cancel the transfer. I emailed Bellco informing them to cancel the transfer since it was supposed to take several days to complete. Nothing but a runaround from 4 different agents. Can't close accounts online, can't close accounts over the phone, blah blah blah. A chat agent sent me a link to schedule a call. Nope, Bellco called the following day to say they most likely would not be able to close my accounts over the phone. Now I have to go to a branch to do this because they set up road blocks so I wouldn't be able to stop the funds transfer, which they definitely could have done. I checked my bank account about 2 days later and there were no pending transactions, so Bellco intentionally dropped the ball. Interesting that I can become a member, open an account, and transfer funds ALL ONLINE and quickly, but getting my money back from them is like pulling teeth. Hell no Bellco. edit: 6.27.20258 I did have to go to a branch to close my accounts and get my money back. They charged ME to do that! Unfreakingbelievable! I don't care about any response from Bellco. Just another "let us help you" lie. I already spoke with Bellco directly and nothing was accomplished by doing that.
