It is a business and clear as day. This driver did not even try to deliver the package. Get to the main location in Denver and the driver is still in boulder. Want me to meet them at the last stop after I drove an hour to get this package. This is the worst shipping experience I have ever had I do not recommend using DHL.

Their AI driven chat bot is so bad, customer service not existing, took 3 days to get to some kind of human to find out where the package is, what is the status of paid tariff duty, automated Denver phone bot keeps saying that tariffs are not paid and can not deliver the package. package does not show in one demand delivery account. This company has no integration with amazon, ebay or any other online platform. I had to get live on phone with shipper abroad to pay tariff duty. It is absolutely the worst possible service one can ever deal with in USA, their separate web sites do not communicate properly , there is no single sign on. That office is the worst possible shipping disaster one can possibly have to deal with and I shipped express mail with companies. Do not use that shipper ever if you do not want to have a lot of problems and waste hours of time on domestic and international calls
