We arrived at 8:30 AM, but the window was still closed. When we asked an employee, she told us they no longer accept walk-ins and are prioritizing appointments starting at 9 AM. We asked if we could wait, and she said yes, but also said they didn’t know if they would be able to take us at all today because they were already “full” with all the appointments starting from 9 AM, even though it was only 8:30. Absolutely ridiculous. She then suggested we come back at 7 AM the next day… even though the posted walk-in time clearly says 8–9 AM. We waited anyway until 9 AM since we were the only walk-in there. I even checked with another employee, and he said he would ask what was going on. But when they finally opened the window, they just removed the walk-in sign without saying a single word to us. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. I don’t know if it was discrimination or just terrible service, but either way, I 100% do NOT recommend this USPS location.

Yet you keep putting mail in for the previous owner. I've been here a year and you're still doing it! And when I mark it as "return to sender" you don't even pick it up! I have to drop it off in a drop box because picking up mail is too hard. Give me a break. I'm just throwing them in the trash for now on. Not my problem after a year. Just do your job and stop delivering mail not addressed to me.
