The PO on Criterion is a joke, got there at 8:45 on a Friday since we had about 8 packages to mail and there is always a line to the door. Once they opened at 9:00 the lady informs us that she is the only person working and can't help us since there are now other people in line for various reasons, so we can go use the kiosk to print the labels and postage ourselves for our packages. No, that's why we got here early for you to do it since I would assume you know how to enter the info better than us. And what kind of crappy management do they have there that you're only going to have one person scheduled to work on a Friday morning at a PO that serves a rather large population. So after dealing with rude and snarky comments from the employee who is obliviously going to be of no help we left with our packages and went to a local small business that has a PO inside. They were very friendly and more than willing to take our packages, this will be our new go to place for mailing packages. We will not be wasting any more time going to the PO on Criterion.

What is going on at this location? It's just getting worse and worse. Is our mail being stolen or just thrown away? Why do I have a key in my mailbox to a parcel locker with someone else's packages.....again? Where are my packages...again? We've lived in this house for four years and the mail situation gets worse and worse.

Arrived at 8:50 ish, 6 people already in line. Just before 9, more people came behind me, long line now formed, 9am, one worker comes out, opening gates and when finally done, apologizes, that she'll work as quickly as possible, as she's the only one there. She is station in passport area, which takes longer to be running back in forth behind main counter.......a customer needs more help that she's unable to assist with, so she calls for help, no one comes, she continues running back and forth to keep calling....... about 15 minutes later supervisor shows up........by the time it's my turn, I've already been there for 25 minutes!!! The woman ahead of me was still waiting for supervisors help!!!!! Why is there only one person opening!!!!???
