Absolutely Horrible and the manager there takes absolutely no accountability for his workers. It's been 3 months of his mail carrier stealing my mail. I have them on video openly admitting to having issues with the mail carrier and him not delivering mail. The post office magically is missing my mail ( I have informed delivery and can see what comes in) they magically don't have my mail at the post office nor has it been delivered or returned to sender, the Manager continues to make excuse for his employee and the missing mail that at this point he has stollen. The manager there refuses to let me talk to anyone above him and refuses to do anything about the mail carrier. Mail with personal information has now went missing multiple times with them just giving the same excuse over and over saying they have had issues with the carrier but yet again doing nothing about it. This is completely unacceptable and Illegal. Further more any mail that has been delivered( no mail for myself just random mail for people who used to live here) comes already opened. How can you openly admit to having problems with a mail carrier and openly admit to knowing about the issues for a long time but never addressing the issues. The manager also confirmed the mail forwarding that has been done has been active for MONTHS now. Thank you for allowing you worker to steal my mail and doing absolutely nothing about it. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would.

I went into this post office today with full patience and an open mind. I arrived with a smile, ready to handle whatever came up calmly and respectfully. My goal was simply to pick up my mailbox keys. Steve kindly explained that typically, when someone gets new keys for a locked mailbox, they are given keys while the locks are processed. However, that was not the experience I had with Katie during my first visit. When I originally provided my lease information and ID, Katie told me to return in a few days to get my keys. I had no idea keys where given same day. I followed those instructions and waited until I returned to town to pick them up giving it over a week till returning to the post office. When I came back today, Steve was unable to find my keys. He asked who had helped me before, and while I did remember that it was Katie, I told him I wasn’t sure, simply because I didn’t want to create an issue or make the situation tense. I just wanted to resolve things peacefully. While waiting, I overheard Katie speaking very rudely to other customers. She told one person that the way he was trying to ship something made her job harder and that she didn’t want to deal with it. Even after it was stated that it was for insurance purposes. Then she began talking about me when asked to help with the situation by Steve, as if I wasn’t standing right there. When I calmly addressed her behavior, she told me she didn’t care that I could hear her. That kind of response was completely unprofessional. I even told her she could have spoken with more grace. If anyone from management reviews this, please check the cameras from Tuesday, October 21st, between 2:45 and 3:00 PM to hear how the situation unfolded. I will also be filing a formal complaint. If you visit this location, I recommend documenting whatever you do. It seems that accountability is not a priority for Katie, and unfortunately, she gives the impression that nothing is ever her responsibility. Thank you Harry for being such a positive person inside that building you handled every interaction with respect and kindness. Thank you Steve for being professional and patient.
