I have had THREE packages this week alone say delivered in my mailbox and not a single one was there. I have had to waste so much time trying to replace these items from the companies I ordered from! Then yesterday, I waited all day for a delivery and the status changed to "customer requested to pickup item instead". I absolutely did no such thing. Why in the world would I order a Christmas tree from Amazon and then when it's out for delivery tell the carrier that I would rather pick it up? This is beyond ridiculous at this point!
