I told the employee that package I was sending needed to be there by a certain date and was told that it would get there in time or a day earlier. But now it is not arriving until 3 days after the date I requested. When I called customer service for help they said that it was never going to get there by the date I requested, because the employee only charged me for the slowest shipping. Had I known this, I would have paid more for faster shipping but I was not given that option, just told it would arrive by that date. And now UPS refuses to do anything correct their mistake. I know the holidays are busy, but my requested arrival date was after the 25th and I was under the impression I was paying for the shipping service that would get it there in time. Extremely frustrating.

He got my package taken care of and shipped efficiently with ease .I love this place and I will be going back every time to ship a package.The customer service is immaculate.
