This morning, I called in desperate to locate a package that contained formula for my two babies—shipped from overseas and delayed due to the holiday. I was told it wouldn’t arrive for another four days, and I was panicked. I spoke with a couple of representatives, and to my surprise and deep relief, they actually followed through. One of them escalated my concern just as she promised, and somehow, they managed to deliver the package today—even though the facility where it was being held was closed. Their compassion and willingness to go above and beyond meant everything to me. Thank you, FedEx, for showing up when it mattered most.
