I own a business and work for a company that uses FedEx and she helped me to not only get what I needed printed and designed correctly such as business cards but she along with Shayla are also helping me investigate an issue I had with their drivers even though they have no control over what that driver did! It is always such a pleasure to see them both and I think they both deserve a pay raise or promotion! Thank you both for being so awesome and helpful!

Third time they answered, put me on hold and disconnected me after 5 minutes. Fourth time they answer right away and answered my five second question. Poor experience.
