My package, originating from Colorado Springs, CO, missed its destination in Fraser CO and is now stuck in NM?? I struggled to find resolution online and went into the FedEx facility that I originally shipped from. They blamed it on USPS, who they have some business relationship with (unbeknownst nor mentioned to me). USPS can’t find the tracking # in their system and FedEx takes no accountability. My package has been stuck in NM for 4 days and after 1.5 hours on the phone and at the facility, nobody has answers. DO NOT USE FEDEX!
