You need a really good excuse with proof. Nevermind its your money and when you attempt to fix the issue they just tell you to contact your employer. Not recommended.

Every time I call I need to wait long period of time, and it's take 7-10 questions to verify me. As a small business with time limited, I can not be more stressful about it. I just called now a two representative with very heavy accent try to help me. One said that he will call back, I was in the other line talking and he hang up on me. I think it's about time to move to another payroll provider! When they try to sell you some services, they call & email you in a very clear English, but when it come to service, they do not care. I guess they have too many clients and they do not care anymore.
