They were timely and ensured the sale of my father's house per the contract. The Con's: My Father and I were repeatedly talked down to and told how the closing would happen. My father had to argue with the closing officer about how his bills are prepaid. Finally, I was recommended this title company by my agent and told that since it's a national title company, my father could sign documents at a local branch since he's selling property from out of state. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and the title company dispatched a mobile notary to my dad's jobsite to get signatures for closing. This added fees that we should not have had to pay for and was an intrusion into his work. I brought up my concerns to my agent who provided feedback to the title company. This led to their demands including the word "Please". I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects the title company to work for you. Fortunately, this company's other offices, where we are buying, have been a blessing to work with. Their personnel are friendly and take the time to explain what needs to be done and your options for making it happen.
