- VEVeronica esqzDec 22, 20231.0I was supposed to have a 21 day escrow, but due to unforseen issues we had to get extensions. However, I thought once we got to signing it would be smooth sailing. I was wrong. The seller and I signed on Tuesday and the title company received my cash to close wire on Wednesday morning. It's Friday, and the property has yet to record or fund. Communication is non-existent. I sent an email yesterday morning, and there is still no response. Their phones don't even ring, and they don't return phone calls. I've bought several homes in my lifetime and this has been the worst experience with a title company. I'm now going on 35 days in escrow and there seems no end to it. This location does not care about its clients. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
