They really shouldn't have a license. 0/5 for diligence and care. We paid several hundred dollars to have papers notarised that were not required. Maria decided to go on holidays not leaving clear instructions to her team. Erin couldn't even find the file. We were due to settle on our property last Friday. As the sellers, teammaria did not disburse the settled amount for several days, citing "additional" steps were required to wire the funds. Sounds more like gleaning interest on their clearing account. I'm not even sure that the buyers could take possession of the property until we received the funds. Shady behaviours that left us and the buyer vulnerable.
