- AHAlly HamiltonApr 29, 20251.0Sad to say this service has not gone well for me and I'm going to cancel. I signed up when they were Ready Fresh and had deliveries show up on the scheduled day without issue, but somehow after Primo bought Ready Fresh everything went sideways. They haven't shown up for two deliveries in a row. I am on a recurring monthly plan with a scheduled delivery date, and I order so that I'll receive the next month's delivery before I run out. I've been doing this since the fires because I'm not confident about the water supply. They send an email reminding you they're coming and asking you to put your empty bottles outside. They give you a window of a few hours when they'll be coming, but then they don't show up, and you get a text hours past the window letting you know they've rescheduled your delivery for days later. Once was okay, twice is it for me. I'd go with another service!
