I have now been approached with an outstanding bill. Contacted you on two dates, sent documents, contacted managers. On Friday, December 9, 2016 I was informed that title companies do NOT clear prior owners' bill at closing. What is your job? You failed me!!!

They were absolutely amazing & the agent, Tyler Chan, walked me through every step of the devastating experience, explaining every step along the way and reassuring me. I was a nervous mess. He was there for me & I will always remember him and am so glad we have this reliable company to fall back on if we ever have another little disaster. Whew.
