They gave the wrong information to the county and my grant deed was sent to some random stranger with all personal info. The " stranger" reached out to me to let me know he had my deed. I called the title company and emailed them many times and they kept saying "we are working on it" which is a lie. Its been months with no response. They tried to blame the county and that is actually wrong it was the title companies fault. The county still doesnt show it has been fixed or even attempted to be fixed. This title company lacks communication and are LIARS.
