From the beginning, Melinda was rude and unprofessional. She did not introduce herself until I specifically asked for her name. Throughout the interaction, she argued with me without cause and showed a dismissive attitude toward my questions. I was clearly struggling to hold my paperwork while also trying to show her an email thread on my phone, yet she did not offer any assistance or even a place to set my documents down. Her demeanor made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I rely on First American Title Company for important transactions and have always expected—and usually received—professional and courteous service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those standards. I am bringing this to your attention because I believe customer-facing staff should maintain a respectful and helpful attitude, and I sincerely hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that interactions like this do not happen again with other customers.
