Incredibly rude staff especially to young women, I swear they think we are stupid. Had a package delivered and apparently they don’t accept ups, even though it says it was delivered there, the staff was extremely rude while I was asking questions to try to figure out where my package was. I tried to give them the tracking number and the lady cut me off and basically said she won’t help me. Both people working were incredibly rude, this was my first time using this post office and I just genuinely didn’t know they didn’t accept ups. The simple solution was just telling me that rather than cutting me off and refusing to help. Get it together!!!!!!!!

More than once packages have been lost. I had a slip in my box with my box number and was told they had nothing for me. I repeated "the company stated it was delivered" and got silence, I stated "you put a slip in my box, so you received something for me" and the response I got was a hard stare and "yep". How are they not accountable and so dismissive?

Certified mail got lost by this location. The package was delivered to my PO Box on a Saturday and I went in the following Monday. They couldn’t find my package and I left my information for them to contact me. They haven’t contacted me and the package was extremely important.

I had two packages marked delivered, they were a week apart, but no yellow slip in my box to go get them, so I go to the counter and they guy asks if someone else could have picked it up, I said no because I'm the only one with the box key to check the mail... but they don't find them, saying they must of been put in someone else's box and that person will be honest and bring it back... it's been a month, I'm doubting it. So, the Post Office gave away some expensive items I've ordered. He had the balls to be upset with me for being upset. But my voice was normal tone, I wasn't mean. All I said, "I doubt someone will bring my stuff back?" He raised his voice with me though! He said, "people around here are honest and will give it back." Well, whoever got my mail isn't Apparently, you do not have the right to question when they make mistakes. They lose your stuff, "Oh well, deal with it!" It makes me sick to my stomach that I can no longer trust them. So, I'm going to have to figure out another place to have my items delivered or another service that can deliver to my mountain home.

Staff are great but it’s clear that the USPS is not funding their branch adequately.
