- JMJames MowerOct 4, 20211.0Had a transaction with poor communication and when something went very wrong Judy said it was all my fault and took no responsibility for her part in the mistake and even told the buyer that I was to blame. Escrow never should have closed with an open clause to the contract. Shifting blame and covering up is not productive or professional.
