I mentioned I had Amazon returns and he pointed to an Amazon kiosk and said, “scan there.” No assistance, no smile, no greeting whatsoever. WOW! I managed to figure stuff out, but when I asked, “do I leave it with you?”, he said, “you can”, as if I knew where to put the boxes. There was no sign or info on where to put the boxes. Just a very smug, rude mannerism for both of them. I see that the owner responds to the reviews which is good, but nothing changes. I believe it is a franchise store and that is the problem. No professionalism. I used to work for UPS and this is not the way it’s done. I’ll be calling corporate and letting them know.
