  We are at the UPS store weekly. We have never experienced rudeness etc. from an employee. Always makes our transactions simple and fast.

  I had an interaction with a female employee whose name begins with “B” (didn’t catch name) and I found her attitude to be extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Throughout the transaction, she displayed an abundance of attitude, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Rather than assisting me with my questions and needs in a respectful and helpful manner, she was dismissive and condescending.

  Very unprofessional , rude and unfriendly. Been there on several occasions and all the employees made us feel unwelcome there . Will drive to other store instead .

  My experiences here have been good. I have used them for Amazon returns, my own UPS shipments, and a whole lot of USPS package drop offs. I'm incredibly grateful for the latter - that I do not have to drive to the post office to drop off a prepaid package. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me.
