  Nothing I say is here say this is all things that I saw with my own eyes as an estimator and service advisor at an auto repair facility. Geico insurance has their own insurance adjusters on the site where I was working, they would dispute our estimates to repair simply over the fact of how much it cost not of whether or not the repairs were needed. I saw with my own eyes them standing on radiator support and hoods to try to straighten them out. I’ve seen them use structural parts that were damaged that should’ve been Should not have been repaired. They are a horrible company don’t fall for the advertisements. They could not care less about how your vehicle is repaired? If the customer is not in a rental on their dime, they will order used parts from all over the country no matter how long it takes for them to get there just to save a few dollars on the estimate and improve their metrics with the company. I have seen them leave customers without vehicles for weeks on end when a repair could’ve been completed just because they wanted to wait for a Used part that is $20 Cheaper. This is all truth that I tell you here. None of this is a lie. I saw it all with my own eyes.

  The worse company you could imagine working for. Training is much to be desired, it’s a revolving door at this place and management is awful. They non stop threaten everyone with their jobs several times a day, and make you feel like you’re not good enough. They want you to rush your policy holders off the phone, but expect excellent surveys. Their expectations are unrealistic and working there can cause anyone a mental breakdown. Save yourself from wasted time by solving at Geico, they don’t value their employees or their customers it’s all a bunch of lies. I will be sending a letter to the CEO perhaps he isn’t aware of the business he owns and how it’s being ran. When you do prove you can meet their quota they fire you for improvement you’ve made basing everything on statistics from when people are first coming out of training. Apply for a job where there truly value you as an employee and not just a statistic. In closing their benefits are a joke as well fior such a Large corporation you might as well pay for your own insurance it would save you money. Just please be aware and apply anywhere but here please.

  I don't have insurance with them but in June one of there clients hit my car and instead of them fixing my car they totaled it out and took it to sell it for a profit, they told me this. And my car is my job. Without my car I can't work. And when I asked them about lost wage pay they said they don't do any self employed person because it's impossible to know what I lost in pay unless I gave them my clients name and number. I'm like that's not happening. I got nothing out of this accident but now I have to claim bankruptcy and I can't afford that and I'm now homeless because of them. And yesterday I got a email saying something about them doing a credit check on me and refusing to insure me. I dont know what that's all about but the 800vnumber on the email I looked up and that's how I found this and I was reading the reviews and everyone are all bad experience with them. Why is the corporate people not doing anything about there employees and how they treat people like me. My life is ruined over them. And there's nothing I can do.

  They canceled my coverage without notice. And left me on hold Twice for over 2 hours. Filing a claim was a nightmare also. Seems like a huge money grab
