- HDHannah Dixon6 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. They were supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arriving because I live in a gated area so I could meet them to receive my package. They never did and they tried to redeliver my item 3 times and never called. I never received my item. Terrible experience. Not to mention the customer service team is terrible. They told me multiple times they’d call me back with an update and never did. I see this same problem happened prior to someone else in the reviews. Really shows the laziness of the company. Would not recommend them.

This is the type of service you offer when you have customer service overseas and try to squeeze profits. Delivery person was great but I will avoid using RXO.
