    Completely unacceptable delivery experience (RXO/XPO via Best Buy) I purchased a $1,700 washer from Best Buy and waited two full weeks without a washer for delivery. I was given a confirmed delivery window of 3:00–7:00 PM. At 2:25 PM, the dispatcher called and claimed the delivery team had arrived but that we “weren’t home.” I told her we were on our way and would be home by 2:50 PM. She said the drivers could wait until 3:15 PM, which was still before the scheduled delivery window. We arrived at 2:50 PM. The drivers had already unloaded the washer from the truck. We clearly told them we needed a few minutes to open the front door and clear a path — which we immediately did. We were standing in the driveway, doors open, pathways cleared, and fully ready for delivery. One driver stood on his phone. The other rang the doorbell while the front door was already open, then immediately walked back to the truck and told the other driver to reload the washer. They left without saying a single word to us. No explanation. No communication. No attempt to resolve anything. Just packed up and drove off. This felt like pure negligence and a rush to end their workday rather than do the job they were paid to do. The lack of professionalism and basic communication was shocking. Because of RXO/XPO’s behavior, I’m now still without a washer, after spending $1,700 and waiting weeks. I will be escalating this to Best Buy corporate and RXO/XPO logistics management and will continue following up until I receive compensation for every day I’m without the appliance. Avoid this delivery service if you can. Completely unacceptable.

    My initial experience with RXO was extremely poor. The first delivery attempt was canceled by the delivery driver due to their truck breaking down while en route to my home. The delivery was then rescheduled for a date I did not select and subsequently canceled again by the drivers. After multiple delays and approximately three to four total reschedules, the item was finally delivered; however, it was not the item I ordered as the mattress was supposed to be firm and not flimsy. As a result, I refused the delivery and immediately contacted the company I purchased from to ensure the return was properly processed. Despite refusing the item at delivery and receiving confirmation and credit from the vendor, I continue to receive emails and text messages from RXO requesting pickup for an item that was already rejected weeks ago. This indicates a significant disconnect between delivery operations, return processing, and system communications. The repeated rescheduling caused me to miss two full days of work, creating unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. RXO would greatly benefit from improved system integration, real-time status updates, clearer confirmation when deliveries are refused, and better coordination between drivers, customer service, and vendors. Addressing these issues would reduce scheduling errors, prevent redundant communication, and significantly improve the overall customer experience.

    Poor communication.impossible to get a truthful answer out of them.Im surprised Amazon works with them at all. Amazon promised delivery by Nov.18, and furniture arrived Dec 5. Dumped in the dirt outside my gate - didn't even honk the horn. Jerks!
