The ship time listed on Amazon was longer than what I needed so I decided to call the company direct. I spoke with Ryan Ossanlo and calling them directly was the best decision EVER! Not only did he lower the price but it was sent out that day!! I called on a Thursday morning and got the printhead on Saturday! So very impressed with their stellar customer service!!!
