It arrived quickly, the price was great, the instructions were fantastic and everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Amazon will not let me leave a review on their site , so feel free to cut and paste this if you can.

The ship time listed on Amazon was longer than what I needed so I decided to call the company direct. I spoke with Ryan Ossanlo and calling them directly was the best decision EVER! Not only did he lower the price but it was sent out that day!! I called on a Thursday morning and got the printhead on Saturday! So very impressed with their stellar customer service!!!
