- SLSagar LakhaniNov 9, 20251.0The customer service at ADP was not great during 2021 (COVID-19 pandemic). Since then, I have heard that ADP has improved its customer service but has also changed its pricing model to reflect a higher-tier level of dedicated customer service support. I am unsure if ADP is the right fit for smaller employers (fewer than 50 employees); however, for mid-size to large employers, I think using ADP is less cost-prohibitive.
- FLFreddy LeivaJan 13, 20255.0For truck driver's a litle bit dificult if you bring a long nose truck, but MARTIN the forklift driver is a very kind person , sooner i park he offer something to drink water or coffee and of course he ask if if you want to use the restroom ,as a truck driver im glad you still can find people like him .

During this time of Covid-19 I was unsure of how I was going to pay my employees. Justin set me up with a program allowing me to pay with a credit card.
