The employees in this office are B2B Sales and aren't allowed access into active accounts, that has a to be done through a service center because of the conflict of interest between sales and the level of access service support has. ADP is definitely by no means perfect but a lot of people don't know exactly how payroll companies work and it can cause a lot of frustration and anger towards those companies.
