When I came back the next day to fix a small mistake, Pearl, Kris, and another lady were very rude. They kept insisting it was something Staples “doesn’t do,” even though they had already done it for me before. I asked where the person who normally does this service was, and they said not until Friday. Meanwhile, they wasted my half an hour going back and forth instead of helping. I wasn’t asking for anything free — just a correction on the service I already paid for. The attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience very frustrating.

Whether I order ahead online or drop in for something, this Staples is always a great experience, and I love the convenient location. Karen and her staff are always helpful and friendly. We have been coming here for years, and we recognize many of the staff from years ago - amazing they've kept a core crew for so long, it's a testament to the store leader. I do feel bad for them when they hit a morning rush of everyone needing everything right at opening (especially if there's a promotion rush), but they seem to manage it all with a smile, a pep in their step, and as efficiently as possible. I'm glad this store is here when we need to pick up school supplies or miscellaneous home office items. Kudos to Karen and the store staff!
