  Our company just transferred our payroll through ADP. ADP sales reps name is Cassandra. Our first payroll with them was a messed and were all wrong. My direct deposit never made my bank. I had some automatic monthly payment that was due but since my payroll check never deposited my acct was overdrawn. I called Cassandra and asked her why my check never made it to my bank. She told me that she is in the meeting right now and that she'll give me a call when it's over. I never received a call from her. My boss asked me to call to get an update with regards to the errors made on the checks that were issued last payroll. She rudely told me that she's still working on it and then I asked about my check if i should... but she cutted me off and told me that she's working on all the errors first then will deal with my check later. A day later my boss told me that he called Cassandra and she told him that the errors were fixed and corrected. We received a letter from the adp corporate office that they credit the bank the exact amount of payroll check that was supposed to be deposited to my checking acct due to invalid acct number. My boss immediately asked me to give her a call about my check. Cassandra answered her phone and told me that she will deal with it next payroll. She was very rude. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience that she had caused me, for me paying overdraft fees ; she was very rude, unapologetic and very unprofessional. I was so upset and wanted to tell her off but because there were clients in the office I have decided not say anything and just took what she said. I feel that it was big mistake for my boss to switch company. They should have gone to read their reviews first before he decides to switch. I will not recommend this company at all. Dont get lost with the skimpy clothes that they wear when they go to your company and offer you their services.

  Yes I agree if you're a customer you never talk to them I tried calling them on the phone several times you can't speak to a live person I tried going to that location over there at 600 corporate point off Slauson I went up to the 4th floor suite 450 Rang the doorbell three or four times nobody answered I'm trying to closeout my wisely by ADP direct deposit account got $35 left in there and I can't seem to get anybody to help me it is the poorest customer service I've ever had to encounter shame on you ADP
