    VERY UNHAPPY CORONADO RESIDENT! DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE ON ORANGE AVENUE - THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! TWO VERY IMPORTANT EXPRESS ENVELOPES DISAPPEARED FROM THEIR STORE - UPS NEVER RECEIVED THESE FROM THIS STORE. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND NO UPDATES ON WHAT HAPPENED. I CAN ONLY BELIEVE THESE TWO ITEMS WERE STOLEN BY SOMEONE AT THIS UPS STORE! VERY UNHAPPY - shipped TWO UPS EXPRESS Envelopes on Friday, October 10th - going to two separate places and they have BOTH just disappeared! Tracking states that labels were made - but UPS has NOT received either envelope. It is now Thursday, October 16th. The day that BOTH Express envelopes were SUPPOSED to be delivered was Tuesday, October 14th and they have NO EXPLANATION for this. They keep telling me to WAIT and see if they turn up - WHERE DID MY ENVELOPES GO? Were they stolen from their store??? How did this happen?? I trusted them with important documents and now these documents have vanished into thin air! The young girl that helped me on Friday was in training and needed help preparing my 2 envelopes for shipping - what did she do with them when I left the store?? This is SO UPSETTING - TWO SHIPMENTS MISSING!!! And they do not seem to care - they say I am being NEGATIVE - unbelievable customer service - no help at all. Will NEVER recommend or ship anything from this UPS Store again. DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE IN CORONADO - YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM.

    My experience was terrible. I brought several boxes and needed them to print the labels to place on them. A young woman helped me, she printed the labels, but then she was doing everything so quickly and in such a rush that I don’t even know if I sent the boxes to the right recipients. I don’t understand why she was in such a hurry, she kept taking the boxes away from me and putting on whatever label she wanted. I think I lost money. I won’t be coming back — they care more about billing than actually helping.
