If someone isn't ready, asked them to step aside to help one of the other 10 people instead of teaching them how to use their phones to make Amazon returns. Again, this is UPS right? Don't make your actual UPS customers wait 15 minutes to get a receipt for a prepaid UPS box. The self serve box isn't sufficient since UPS doesn't officially consider that dropped off.

I got NO accountability from her, not even an apology. Today I had an appointment for Notary service and she said she didn’t see that I scheduled an appointment, so the notary person was scheduled to come in at 11am. She needs to get her position as manager reassessed, because she unfortunately really sucks at her job.
