  Gosh I wish there was zero stars... DO NOT VISIT ANY OF THESE STORES IF YOU ARE ANYWHERE NEAR EASTVALE... drive a few minutes extra to get exquisite service. . I live in Eastvale I have visited 3 different stores Service is so terrible .....horrible.... i have visited 1.12523 Limonite Ave #440, Mira Loma, CA 91752 2. Archibald Ave STE 102, Corona, CA 92880 3. 5120 Hamner Ave Ste 140, Eastvale, CA 91752 They are very upset nasty workers there who say nothing is in their pay grade they cant help us. Very nasty attitude no customer service etiquettes.... its like they are all hand picked upset of life individuals who want a job but cant provide service. Lazy... uneducated.... unhelpful.... very nasty owner ship ... If you live in eastvale drive a little and go to this store 2420 River Rd Ste 230, Norco, CA 92860 This ups store is awesome service here is 1000/100... very exceptional... very professional.... understanding... helpful. knowledgeful... Jerry was awesome. He helped us i came here after reading reviews and without a doubt it was awesome.

  Living Eastvale for 8 years, coming to this location for 8 years, never had issue until today. The lady at Nov. 2nd closing shift just trying everything to giving customer hard time, and she is trying to so hard. Understand my return need a box, when she ask $10 for a shipping bag, I was okay, I went out got my a box, went back, she wanted the box to be sealed, no customer waiting, store tape right next to her, don’t want to help, again, selling a $10 tape. Had to run grocery for the tape, went back and shipped it. After turning my 30 second return to a 20 minute hassle, she still put on a very angry face I am guessing because she ran out of her cards giving customer hard times. WORST experience with UPS ever. ONE STAR goes to the lady today, UPS should do better on hiring ! ! !

  This place is the absolute worst with the rudest customer service. I mailed 4 returns from there yesterday working with the young kid behind the counter. I assumed because it took 25 minutes for him to scan my codes and place them on the packages that he knew what he was doing. But today, my packages arrived on my doorstep so clearly he shipped them to my house and not the return address. When I took them back up there today, the insanely rude female behind the counter told me that it's not her fault she wasn't working yesterday and I needed to contact all of the vendors to re-issue the return codes. While the young kid was helping another customer yesterday, the customer decided on overnight delivery, which was $100. When he completed the transaction, the customer behind him told him to insure it so if/when it doesn't arrive overnight, he would get his money back. That should have been something the kid told him, if they cared at all about customer service. Adding a response to the review.: I did contact you when I came back into the store the next day to try and fix the shipping situation and was met with incredible rudeness by the person in the other reviewers photo. I ended up going to the UPS store in norco village and they were super helpful and kind. It’s worth the drive.
