They shipped my 500 dollar snowboard boots without the original box and I was unable to get a refund for them. I followed up with the store employees and owner and was told I would get a call to fix the situation. They called me one single time while I was at work and proceeded to ignore all my follow up emails requesting another call. Now I have to dispute my credit card to try to get a refund. Thanks for nothing.
