Told me to email the label to their GMail address n she will print out the label for me. Did not say anything about any charges. She goes to her computer n asked for my name prints out the label comes over sticks it to my return n tells me $4.51 for the service. I was surprised as I would have taken my package back n print it myself at home. As the amazon clearly state just return to any UPS store n return my stuff without a charge. Sneaky I must say. Didn’t might the charge if I was asked first. Bad service go the UPS store on LA Sierra/Indiana they are professional and not crooks!
