  We hired Scan N More to handle a big document scanning job for our business in Los Angeles, and honestly, they were fantastic to work with. From the start, their team was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what we needed. They handled everything with care, and the scanned files came out clear, organized, and easy to access. Communication was great the whole way through—they were quick to respond and always willing to adjust things to fit our timeline and preferences. It made the whole process way easier than we expected. If you need reliable scanning services in L.A., I’d definitely recommend Scan N More. We’ll absolutely be using them again in the future.

  Completely unprofessional, inadequate, and total failure to obtain medical records of a client! One star only because there is no "zero" rating. I am a lawyer, and needed a client's medical records to support her claim.. I retained Scan N More, had an agreed price for the service, sent all of the necessary authorizations and identified all of the records and locations necessary to do the job, and thought it would be done. After hearing nothing, I contacted the company rep to find out the status or progress of the request. I had no reply. More weeks passed, with no response -- ever. I thought I would use a local business rather than a statewide service or company in Los Angeles - the work was never done, and so far as I know, never attempted. IF YOU NEED MEDICAL RECORDS COPIED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IF YOU NEED THEM FAST, OR BECAUSE THEY ARE IMPORTANT, DEFINITELY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

  Called and spoke in great detail with the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. She said I needed to speak with Adam so I left a message for him because I needed to go over the details with him before contracting them for the job. After 4.5 hours Adam still had not returned my call so I called back at around 4:30 pm and was able to speak with him. He was short and curt and not friendly at all. Perhaps he was ill that day because there is absolutely no reason for a potential new client to be treated indifferently the way I was. Adam told me I needed to send him an email so he could email me back a link to upload my documents for printing/scanning. It's now 8:00 am the following day. I have no email from Adam, no phone call, nothing. This is not the way to do business, especially with new customers.

  We recently used Scan N'More to assist us on a large scanning project. They were on time, professional, detail-oriented and completed the project in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Scan N'More!
