  Every employee at our local UPS store makes me feel welcome and valued. They are all friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I always feel valued. The environment is very clean and calm and it is always a pleasurable experience to utilize the services.

  The staff is always moving the line even in busiest times of the year!!! Never had any issues with packages being received on time or treated properly!!!

  Went there to return packages and the gentleman who was working at 8am was not very happy to be there. He huffed and puffed everytime I needed something. I usually go to the one in Martinez and they are so nice! Was hoping this would be the same but that wasn’t the case: the lady who was working with him at this time seemed to be very nice though

  I have had a mailbox here for a few years and I have never had an issue with getting a package or a piece of mail that I was expecting. they have a knowledgeable staff, that are friendly, fast, and always willing to help before you can even ask. Thanks. Causing major issues in my living situation right now. That was until 2023 until now. I was locked out of the building without explanation and provided a new after hours access code that they assigned. Before I chose my access code like everyone else and no explanation was provided as to why after 3 years i just had to be assigned a new code. I was charged a set up fee for a new box even though it was never reassigned or closed. Today I can't get my mail because they say my box payment is due and it's not. I don't know what kind of management has taken over but I do not recommend getting your mail and packages here. This is after I just received mail that was sent out in April and it's July . It was time sensitive and I didn't get it until it was past due. Again no explanation just a shoulder shrug and an I don't know. This place has no business handling business. Terrible Just found my receipt and i am paid through 10/3/2024. Unacceptable. I am expecting important documents from the VA, Medical, and my lawyer for a case that has been ongoing for 3 years. I was told by the county that my mail to my address here was RTS so they had to confirm that it was still good for my mail they had to send. The store says we don't RTS mail . We'll stupid me I guess they made that up just to have me go in and ask about it. This store should not be operating and I'm going to push that new management take over or I want a refund for this third major issue in 2 months so I can go where I don't have to wonder what's next and am I going to get my mail. I can't say enough on my frustration right now. Unacceptable. I may update if somehow they find the ability to act with some concern on their customers livelihood. But it doesn't look like anything good can come from this place right now. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED WITH YOUR MAIL OR WHY THEIR DOOR LOCKS RANDOMLY STOP WORKING OR WHY YOUR MAIL IS TWO MONTHS LATE OR WHY YOUR MAIL IS RTS FROM THE COUNTY OR WHY THEY DONT HAVE THE ABILITY TO KNOW ANYTHING EXCEPT HOW TO COLLECT MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES YOU PAY FOR ....THIS IS THE NEW UNTIED STATES AND I DIDNT SPELL THAT WRONG WE ARE UNTIED NOT UNITED. I AM A VETERAN OF THE MARINE CORPS AND BUSINESSES LIKE THIS OPERATE BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE MY MILITARY BROTHERS AND SISTERS SACRAFICE OUR LIVES TO KEEP THIS COUNTRY UNITED AND NOT BE LIKE THE COUNTRIES WE DEFEND AGAINST. IT USED TO BE A GOOD FEELING NOW IT FEELS LIKE A WAIST OF TIME AND EFFORT. SEMPER FI UPS STORE BUSINESSES CANT OPERATE LIKE THIS.
