  I give this store 10/10, cause the gentleman working in there is efficient , he helped me notarizing my documents and still helped me with the steps to Apostille, he needs a RAISE IN THIS MOMENT.

  Incompetent people who are happy to take your money to notarize and ship a legal letter without telling you that you should also check if you need something called an "apostille". When I called them about it asking for a refund, they gave some ridiculous excuse that even merely suggesting you check this and telling you that this exists is somehow "offering legal advice" and therefore illegal. But they're happy to take your money when they don't know what they're doing! Wasted $50 and months waiting for my letter to arrive, only for the lawyer on the other side to say it was invalid. Delaying my grandfather being able to sort out my grandmother's inheritance. EDIT: I contacted them at the email address listed in their response and no reply yet 5 days later. If I don't make any further edits, assume that their reply was auto-generated and they did not in fact wish to assist me further.

  This is one of the best run UPS Store's I've experienced. I've had boxes at several over the years, and this one has tons of parking, and the employees are super knowledgeable.

  The store is conveniently set up and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. One of the best UPS stores I have been to in a long time.
