From the outset, the title officer failed to clearly communicate expectations, leaving me confused and uninformed throughout the transaction. This lack of transparency made an already complex process unnecessarily stressful. Additionally, the paperwork was mishandled, with errors that further complicated matters. When I sought clarification or asked questions, the officer responded with an annoyed and dismissive attitude, which made me feel undervalued as a client. The issues extended to the signing process, where the staff mishandled requests for signatures and forms, including incorrectly processing details like my birthdate. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The only silver lining was that I eventually received my funds, but the process to get there was far more difficult than it should have been. I would not recommend American Title in Burlingame based on this experience.
