Business Banking Service
To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.
If you require in-person assistance for borrowing, investing or other financial advice, please book an appointment online, and we would be pleased to serve you.

- ENEddie NgJun 8, 20221.0TD Merchants Debit Payment is the worst I have ever experienced. We failed the first ever transaction on the 1st day we do business. The machine failed several times during my short time (only last 4 months with them) and the battery’s life becomes short only after 2 months use and I have to recharged the machine to get through the day. What triggered me to withdraw is their supervisor named Sxxn Lewxx that he was trying to push everything that’s your fault of use so you have to responsible for the early contract termination fee ($300). They also have hidden charges that their agent wouldn’t explained to you before you committed. Lesson Learned.
