Karen helped me with this and held the phone until I could make it in, he also called me to notify me when it arrived and helped me sort out a phone plan within my budget. The service was wonderful despite the technical issues the staff were navigating during Christmas time. Another mention to Jason for grabbing me a chair as my condition makes it hard to stand for long periods. Thanks so much to the all the staff that helped, you guys were great and the customer service was excellent
