- RKRayhaan KhanDec 26, 20251.0Horrible experience at this store, my father who's a senior came into the store first and was asking if he can change his plan which he was paying over $130 a month plus he's paying my mother's which is another 130 so $260 a month and it has only the basics with under 30gb... I think it was the manager who said he couldn't get a cheaper plan and was saying that he has a "really good plan & there's nothing better" this is when I came into the store and overheard her talking and I ask them why? I asked is my dad on a payment plan for any of the phones he has and they said no, I asked if hes on any contract and they said no, I asked if they have any other plans that are cheaper and the manager said no. She kept saying that he can't switch plans and that there are no better plans... UNLESS HE BUYS A PHONE FROM THEM & SIGNS A CONTRACT!!How is that possible? Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a senior citizen.

Last thing I wanted to do was have to pay so much money on an upgrade just to fix the issues I was having with my old phone. I did end up however needing to do an upgrade do to the phone issues but Saurabh was able to place me at the best cost effective price on new plan and device and was extremely thorough with explaining costs, benefits and service needs. Couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. Thanks again dude!!
