If you are looking for payroll software for your company, STAY AWAY FROM ADP, unless you're looking for a company to miss payrolls being paid on time, despite having the funds from your bank for over five hours. Their after hours funding support line is completely useless, if their systems aren't down so they can't check for you, then their funding team has already left, MAKING THE FUNDING SUPPORT LINE USELESS. The most unprofessional payroll software I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Save yourself the headache early and avoid them.

Requested service never been proceeded with the client services team; paid service never been active and no follow up at all; the payroll team is don’t even know what is debit what is credit ( the amount of money suppose to refund to our account been deducted again from the account and also added on with more company CPP EI…) DO NOT recommend using this company. We paying money for getting more troubles!
- AGArjan GillJul 16, 20251.0I had over 5 accounts with this company and terminated them all, mostly for logistical reasons, but also to avoid using their customer service system. I did not expect that the termination experience would be a nightmare as I have been charged multiple times for payrolls I did not process, all after the termination date. I still get emails every 2 weeks saying I missed my payroll, even though terminated in April. I have also been waiting over 3 months to get my employees ROE's. As if there customer service wasn't already bad enough, the following experience took it to another level. To give you some context, an employees whose ROE is desperately needed was diagnosed, treated for cancer, recovered and returned to work in the time it has taken ADP to take no action. That is not an exaggeration, and it highlights how unacceptable this situation is. This has been thoroughly explained to every ADP employee I have spoken to, but yet somehow, I can't get one ROE for someone who really needs it. He has not gotten a single EI payment due to not being able to provide an ROE. I was making an ROE for said employee but was told by the ADP rep that I don't need to do that and it will be taken care of during the termination process. Huge mistake I made listening to him. When someone finally reached out to me though email, and I let them know about this situation, they did not reply. That was on June 23rd. I've sent multiple emails since, with no response. This company really just does not care about their clients.

- CMChristina MMay 18, 20211.0I would give zero stars if I could. Payroll mishaps, stolen money out of our account, and now I just found out that they never submitted our T4's. So the government is saying that we owe them that money on tax. I hope that you are all ashamed of how you handle people's livelihood. Do yourself a favor and get an accountant. One person dealing with your finances not 7-8 people with their hands in your pot.
