So instead of keeping me in the loop they decided to arbitrarily charge me the "fees", close escrow and move on to the next file. This kind of stuff should be illegal

- SSSmilesSep 26, 20171.0If you go with this agency as a lender do not trust them to call you when something is wrong they do not have the lenders best interest and will not care if you loose everything and will tell you it's because they don't have the time. If you can find someone else in town please go with them Title Security has been a thorn in my side since I became a lender don't do business with them. Its for your own protection as a lender. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
