- LGL GMay 23, 20251.0Someone else said it....this is the worse account servicing company Ive ever seen. This may be all irrelevant now since they sold their account servicing to another company but what they did was such gross negligence that I had to mention it here. I cant even count the number of times Ive called their office and no one answers. They never return any voicemail messages I left. Then we find out that the contract they were handling an account of ours on was coming "Due in Full". We are the sellers and know the buyers and knew they cannot afford to pay in full so we had the buyer sign a new contract and I hand-walked the paperwork along with the processing fee to this office with a cover letter asking for them to send me a copy of the new contract. Weeks go by and nothing. I called several times and no one answers. Then, one day, we get a letter saying that all the account servicing is going to a different company. Today I call this new company and they said that the last notes on the account show that we paid the processing fee for the extension of the contract but it explicitly said that no paperwork was received! The check and the paperwork came together! What did they do with the signed legal documents? Wow...I would never use this company to handle ANYTHING if they cannot be trusted to handle simple legal documents (since that is their main function). Currently, they dont answer their phone at all so, unless I want to drive back to their office to see if the doors are locked or not...I dont know how to get them to locate the documents.
