- BRBrian RogersSep 5, 20235.0These people are absolutely wonderful. They helped me get my escrow payments sorted when none of the other offices seemed to want to spend the time to help me. Now, apparently this wasn't the office that I should have gone to. But they were helpful nonetheless. Apparently the office I was looking for was just down the street. Closer to wear Tanque Verde turns into Wilmot (no wonder I missed it). Thanks for the help everyone!

- VWV. WardJun 23, 20181.0Not a great experience. Pam Ross was my Escrow Agent. Never got an advance copy of the Settlement Statement. When I mentioned that, the response was "there wasn't enough time". They also have junk fees ($160 for fed ex, filing, etc.) which they refused to remove. My husband and mother-in-law both worked as executives in the mortgage business in Washington DC and confirmed the junk fees. And, lastly, Pam was giving incorrect tax info - insisting I sign the tax form a certain way which I knew was incorrect. I have 3 more houses to sell and one to buy in the next 24 months. I will NEVER use them again.
