MidFirst Bank is a privately owned financial institution based in Oklahoma City. It is the largest privately owned bank in the United States with $31 billion in assets. Its primary markets include Oklahoma, Denver, Phoenix and Dallas, with commercial lending offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Houston, New York City, St. Louis and Southern California.
MidFirst Bank has banking centers in Boulder and Edwards, Colorado. Additionally, the bank operates 1st Century Bank of Los Angeles as a division of MidFirst Bank and MidFirst Business Credit of Atlanta as a subsidiary of MidFirst Bank.
Anthony Snider at Midfirst and a majority of the staff are incompetent and lack any customer service skills. I've never dealt with such a smug and incompetent individual. As a V.P. this chap should be fired. I say, send him back to Alaska. Step up and do your job and take care of your clients. It would appear that the same opinions of your other clients are the same. The worst Bank in town. Folks save yourself the aggravation and bank with a different company.

The clown said I would anger him if I called his employees (who told me three different stories) a liar again.

So where do I start? This is absolutely THEE worst bank ever. If you are one who would like to waste time, have your money taken, be told that they don't care about you by management, be stuck out of town because they will not release funds on a check, be called ma'am when you are a man or vis versa, have your NSF fees from when you started with the bank all be tallied and not be able to have capabilities on mobile banking, have horrible customer service, have to go into a branch to get a customized card only to not get it for two months, go to a branch 4 times and call in twice and STILL not have your pin take, perfect bank for you!!! Horrible horrible company in every sense of the word!
