- MSMelissa SolaresAug 12, 20221.0Still angry about how rude the person was when we came in to close our mortgage. There were multiple mistakes in our documents. The lady that was working through the closing with us was the nastiest person I have ever worked with. There are tons of mortgage companies in the area. Get one that values having a relationship. This one does not. My agent was Tammy Stalker and I did not have a direct issue with her but I also never met her.
