- JFJohnny FullerNov 1, 20251.0I’ve worked with many title companies in real estate, and this was by far the least professional experience I’ve ever had. Despite a signed contract entitling my client to $2,000 if the buyer failed to perform, this title company released funds back to the buyer after the close of escrow date — a clear violation of what was agreed to. My client was left without the money that was rightfully theirs. I’ve reached out multiple times and have not received a response or follow-up. They have completely ghosted us. Whether intentional or not, this created serious financial harm for my client and undermines any trust I would normally place in a neutral escrow or title company. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company to do their due diligence and make sure you fully understand how your funds will be handled — because in our case, what happened was unacceptable.
